Nathalie, thank you. This is just a terrific workout! As a former triathlete, I appreciate the balance in this 60-minute sequence between strength/stamina, upper/lower body, and aerobic/anaerobic. Really challenging (surprisingly so) but also energizing by the end. Lots of good energy flowing afterwards. Thank you, again, and I love some of your other videos that I have tried, as well.

I didn't remember having done this one before And I still found it as amazing. I had a hard time in the balance part though .... could'nt really be stable in the lunge to front and even worse in the last bit (lengthening the leg behind while folding) Am really sweaty but felling great :) Thanks Nathalie
