Whole Body Strength Exercises For Seniors | Intermediate Seniors Exercises | More Life Health

Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for this full-body workout for seniors. Get your whole body stronger and fitter, and improve your coordination with these exercises. This session goes for 15 minutes.

Really pleased with this new video – strength is probably what I need to work at most apart from balancing. I watched it while having breakfast (I’d already walked the dog and done the standing warm-up and 4 stretches). I’ll give this new video a go later on. Thank you Mike for taking so much trouble on our behalf!

I, m 84 years old and have a complete tear rotary cuff..I try to do your senior excercises.and like them..I can't understand you sometimes because of your accent so I just watch what you do... thank you...

I'm gonna check your other videos for Achilles stretches, cuz I had a little pain in that area with the partial lunges. Maybe I can condition that Achilles area better first. Your videos are my fav!😁
