You mentioned sugar touching your tongue being a trigger. When I'm make my kids oatmeal with honey in the morning, if I taste test, then spit it out, would that do anything?

Cynthia, can you confirm that liquid collagen doesn't break your fast? I started taking Modere liquid collagen for my joints and was told it doesn't break the fasting. Thanks!

Coffee is the worst fasting beverage- it raises cortisol, depletes minerals and is full of pesticide residues. Herbal teas, such as nettle which is rich in minerals or an adaptagenic tea like holy basil which lowers cortisol are best for fasting.
