Just finished a 95 hour fast and feel great. I've been on this prolonged fasting of a 24 hr fast every other day for 2 weeks now and am down 13 lbs. Yay!

Staying busy was something i learned right from the beginning when i started fasting. If you're bored and doesn't do shit it's hard. If you're busy enough you won't even feel it!
Drinking a lot of water was another thing i did, but if I'm busy that's good enough.

This is why I begin a prolonged fast on the weekend. It just doesn't work for me during the week. I find it works extremely well on the weekend, and I can take the time for long walks in the sun.

I love your videos because of your educational videos my health has gotten so much better i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes early march since then i been following your videos my a1c has dropped from 9.0 to a 7.5 officially off insulan but still on oral ..is there anyway you can do a shopping haul for diabetics
