I know this video is short and sweet but still here is the summary :
1. Catch yourself catastrophizing ( Don't think of the worst case scenario )
2. This too shall pass ( It's just anxiety it won't kill you)
3. Take Deep Breaths ( stomach should expand when you inhale and contract when you exhale)
4. Exercise ( even walking can work )
5. Apps for meditation in Description.
6. Journaling ( put down your thoughts on paper )
7. Soothing rituals ( tea, shower )
8. Get Professional help !

We all should observe our mind to check it's function regularly. Talking to ourselves at least 5 to 10 minutes daily at a fixed time can help identifying our problems and getting the way out of it. We can also record in our sound recording apps our own words, rather problems, and the expected solutions and listen to it once attentively to feel our feelings. I think ma'am it works.

Best one tht works fo me is, start cleaning somthing, som randomn drawer, wardrobe, kitchen cabinets etcetara

Simple and effective tips. I am in the similar profession and sometimes I guide them to listen to soothing music, paint draw switch to your favourite activities and if you have pet play with them basically to divert mind .
