Interval training is a great way to utilize time and stay on track. It also minimizes down time spent standing around. Resistance bands are also great way to get a workout in since you can increase or decrease resistance on the fly. Plus with only a few bands you can perform hundreds of exercises.

WORKOUT OVERVIEW:
• 8 total exercises
• 3 sets of each exercise
• 30 sec on // 15 sec off // 30 sec extended break between exercises
• Resistance Bands (Dumbbells will work too)

I just took up resistance training after a foot injury forced me to take a break from jogging. I soon wanted to find a dedicated upper-body circuit that I could squeeze in alongside my regular full-body band workout. This video is perfect. Nice variety of challenging exercises, and the encouragement from the trainers helps keep me on task. Looking forward to doing this workout many times in the future. Keep up the good work.

I am new to resistance band workouts and have really enjoyed this one. Thank you so much for providing it! After using this one for several weeks I just realized that the taller you are, the more difficult the resistance band workout is. (I am 6' 4"!)

Awesome workout! It's amazing what you can do with resistance bands to get the same strengthening exercises you'd get at a gym. Only thing I would recommend for someone who hasn't watched your videos at all is a short overview of what the workout is going to be. Found myself pausing multiple times to get my bands in the right spot since the demo was usually only 5 to 10 seconds before start. Not a big deal though! Thanks a lot!
