I really hate when people call me crazy, it feels really hurtful especially when it’s a lot of emotions and thoughts that I’m trying to battle through on my own. I’m trying to do my best and that’s “crazy”. Idk it’s really difficult.

I don't want attention but life is sucking the reason to live out of me

Something that’s help me- TRY THIS> create a journal and write 4 questions (you can also add questions)
1) how do I feel? ( can be simply or get deep into it)
2) why do I feel this way? ( it’s okay to write “idk” and “this is my mental health and I’m having a chemical Imbalance”
3) Can I do anything to fix this or change how I feel?
4) has writing helped me today?

People with BPD are not looking for attention... people pretending to have BPD are looking for attention.

The lady in the video is so correct. We are in constant emotional pain so much to the point that it will affect us physically. ailments etc. So, if we come off the wrong way vs. snapping at us and embarrassing us just confidentially give us a heads up and we will adjust the outward process as much as possible.

I have borderline, too... thank you for speaking up. I'm learning to love living again, thanks to therapy and meds

My ex would create situations specifically to trigger my BPD so he could make me out to be psychotic Game Crazy in front of all of his friends families or Associates. It worked until my CBD and DBT therapies were set in place. Then it showed whom her really was/is and that I was 100% working my therapy.

At this point, whenever someone asks what its like to have it, I tell them "it just hurts to exist at varying levels at varying times under varying circumstances."

So many professionals don't like BPD's, I've heard "they take alot of time" and yes the attention piece. STIGMA

yes, we are looking for attention. But because we can't feel connected. Or because we constantly socially fumble. So we create a cycle

The attention that we seek is not because we really want you attention but its because we were invalidated as kids growing up and we want to be validated we want to feel real we want to feel a live..

I was a massive attention seeker and was talking to strangers. Learned the hard way that people don't want to talk to strangers. And will turn nasty. It has helped me to not take things personally. Is to understand people are too interested in themselves. And are not thinking about other people's feelings. And don't care if they are rude. They just say and do what suits them. And put their feelings first. And just do what is good for them. people with bpd don't act stupid. Because people will laugh and make a fool out of people if they act stupid. Especially intelligent people don't like stupid behaviour and notice stupid behaviour. And will be snobby and dismiss people if they act stupid. Being polite and minding my own business has helped stop having bad communication with people. Because people won't talk to us if they don't want to.

I don't want attention I want help so I can sustain a Job and keep my relationships healthy. I wanna stop being so angry to overly happy within minutes. I want to stop impulsively acting. I hate it.

What's the point of pushing forward when you finally reach out for help. And your therapist goes on a vacation with no notice. Only to stop responding when asking to set up an appt when they return. Digging myself up again to find another therapist. Only to have them cancel the next 3 appts after Only meeting once. I can't do this anymore.

Bpd people aren’t bad people like a lot of you seem to think. We aren’t narcissists who only care about themselves & how they can benefit from a situation. We care deeply about others. We have a lot of empathy for other people. We avoid people cause it’s overwhelming cause we feel everything that other people are feeling & it’s exhausting.
