This is a 10 minute follow along dumbbell shoulder workout you can do at home or the gym!

Building your shoulders are all part of creating a defined upper body and should definitely be part of your training...I like to incorporate shoulder specific training at least once per week however they also get worked during other workouts such as full body, chest, back and arm sessions!

You will need a pair of dumbbells and a mat. For your reference I am using 2 x 10lbs. I recommend repeating this workout 2-4 times!

Out of many channel workouts! I like this channel the most❤ I have started intense weight dumbbells for a few weeks and then I can see & feel a better muscle tone and strength 😍 It’s very pleasant to workout more and more along this channel. I have a pear shape body and would like to see more of the back(only) workout for 40 mins. Thank you for making good workouts

Tried this today! As a leg-day gal, this really burned the delts! I was ambitious and got the 10-lb at first, 2nd routine I had to switch to a lighter one. You don’t really need a heavy one for this if you just started. Trust me, YOU WILL FEEL IT on the shoulders, NOT THE NECK! ❤
