my game always crashes whenever i teleport, press party setup or character, or like every 20 minutes but my game loads in perfectly fine

Idk why, but when im on the loading screen with all the elements, it would almost finish but its been nearly a whole 50+ minutes for me to get in the game :(

Honestly if you’re an iPad player unfortunately there’s no solving the problem unless the game devs themselves fix the issue.
Not sure if this helps but whenever you teleport, open wishes, quests etc. your game crashes(teleporting being the main problem here).
So as hard as it is you have to keep your teleportation to a limit and while doing story quests, try to walk to ur destination instead of teleporting and you’ll get a better experience.

One of the worst thing happened to me
Was when I atleast came back and had 1600 primogems.
I had pressed the banner of Ayaka and before I my eyes could see the units.

Thank you so much! I’m having no issues running the app anymore. Before I learned this I could not load the app and if it did load the cut scenes were very laggy. It now runs smoothly and with better graphics. Keep up the good work!

Mine is stuck at the elemental loading screen on start up :(

im not sure if this will apply for everyone's problems, but here is what i did to fix my crashing issue. i play on an android mobile and i went into the apps menu on settings to find the chrome app. press on the three dots at top right of screen after selecting chrome and there should be an option called "uninstall updates." when i did that, the game started to work normally for me again. hope this helps!
