The side plank clamshell is a cheat code for many issues 😂 I’ve been doing it regularly after seeing it on your channel, and my groin/hip pain that lasted for a year went away within weeks. Pain-free for a year now.

Been following your content for over a year now, big fan. I am a former athlete, I have had 3 arthroscopic knee surgeries on my left knee. I haven’t been able to get into the position for over 15 years. I did this exercise and immediately felt relief. Thank you for what you’re doing!

This and other stretches for my hips are curing my plantar fasciitis. As soon as I sat down to do a variety of this stretch, I felt instant relief.

9 months??? I had it for almost 30 years. 😂 Had my first steroid injections when I was 22- which I was allergic to. But I actually feel better now than I did then, thanks to fantastic resources like this. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Working on tons of stability exercises and it’s paying off. I think I’ll be better in 6 months when I turn 50, and better still a year or two down the road.

I wonder if it might also apply to other joints in the body - particularly the upper back? I can't do a back bend very well and I'm working on stretching + strengthening muscles to correct some kyphosis.

It'd be awesome if there was an exercise that'd increase my back bend ROM as quickly as the side plank clam-shell opened up her hip!

I needed this! I also get bad pain at the outside of my knee when doing pidgeon stretch.

That’s right baby gotta get those hip re-rotated feels like a stiff for like a machine robot what you want keep doing is keep doing the same thing. I wish there was more bands like that so that people can use those more often and exercise them because there’s a lot ofdiscomfort sleeping

Wow, I thought you would do joint mobilization or something like that, it seems that this is not always the case.
Something similar happens to me, my external rotation on the right side is less than on the left side, I will try this and see if it improves

I m exactly like that i have bursitis on my left side. I don't have any pain but i can feel the difference from my right side.i struggle with balance.

I do not find the video on the inner part of knees. I am dealing with it and just cannot really on my left knee Inam feeling like the whole joint is shifting and creates pain 7 or ma be 8/10 and It band has also got really tight please direct to words a fix ! 🙏
