found this physician a couple of years ago. valuable info
I am in my sixties and switched over to charcoal toothpaste, baking soda. I changed my diet to basically fatty meats, fish, butter, kefir, plain full fat yoghurt, eggs. stopped eating junk food, grains, rice, pasta. Only occasionally enjoy a bite of fruit or vegetables.
I no longer have bleeding gums or toothache. Too bad I found this advice this late in my life. I firmly believe, if I had learned this info earlier, I would have been able to avoid all my root canals or tooth losses.
Thank you

This is becoming one of the best podcasts on YouTube. Extremely didactic and incredibly entertaining

I know other people are saying this, but it's true: you really are getting great guests and talking through a lot of sensible health topics. I like your interview style: you allow your guests to talk freely... good manners always.

Good job, Rina.

Keep going 😊.

I'm 57 now. During my 30s and 40s, I had bleeding and receeding gums. I went keto 7 years ago and at some point (among many other med issues), my dental issues resolved.

So excited for getting rid of fluoride in the water system of every town in America!!!!

Years ago I realized that mouthwash - like fluoride - was nauseating to me. Eating butter was a miracle to make my mouth and teeth feel great. Natural. Healing. Healthy.

During a ski vacation in Austria, the waiter brought around a “Käsewagen, ” for a bit of cheese at the end of the meal. This, of course, is different than the standard American custom of finishing meals with a sweet dessert. Interesting how some traditional foods and patterns can have unseen benefits. 🧀

I actually stopped using toothpaste a week ago just to see. I brush with water only and to be honest I'm pleased. My teeth and gums look and feel better already. My mouth tastes better. I stopped using fluoride years ago, stopped allowing the dentist to fluoride treat my teeth decades ago. But my teeth never felt better, my gums still got inflamed and receded. Now I feel like my mouth is happier. The pains and aches are going away. My teeth don't feel as weak also. Just a week. I'm amazed.

I graduated from dental hygiene school in the mid 80s and found much of what i was taught was good in theory, not in practice. I left practice because of issues with mercury toxicity, but one of the mysteries i was always serking to understand, was how i got so bad doing all the right things. I cleaned my 70 year old dads teeth for his first ever dental appointment. His mouth was very healthy and not a single cavity. He didnt have any routine care, never flossed, and rarely brushed, but he was largely carnivore.i always wished i had all his dental records for proof.

What a beautiful and informative podcast. Finally someone talking about oral care in the way is not going against the prime function of mouth. ❤

my grandma and I always ate a pat of butter. I often miss her and wish she could have tried Kerry Gold Irish Grass fed butter. Best butter I ever had in my life. I get grass fed butter at Aldi's too. I love it! best flavor and texture on earth!

I love Himalaya Toothpaste (no bad ingredients) and I use a waterpik twice a day. So much better than flossing. I eat keto/carnivore. 72 yo f. My gums are getting healthier.

Remarkable! I’ve been hoping for this information. Now I’ve gone ahead and purchased what is recommended because I’ve had bits and pieces of information but this puts it together in such a lucid way. You’re an amazing interviewer. The questions were spot on and you allowed him time to speak without interrupting at the wrong points. Thank you so much ❤️

I'm going to have to watch this AGAIN! There were so many things he went over pretty quickly, and I didn't fully grasp it or understand it. So much for trying to listen while taking care of necessary tasks! 🙂

I have not used toothpaste for about two years. I floss two to three times a day to remove stuck food, and brush once a day. i also use picksters. My dentist is very happy with my oral health and I have not had any cavities since stopping toothpaste. This dentist confirms what I am doing. I also think I have good oral hygiene because I do a lot of chewing
