Im absolutely in the best shape of my life impart because these videos sir. Im 34 I’ve lost and kept off a hundred pounds for years-(7-8year story). I’m ending my 72 hrs fast at 10pm tonight, this has been the most comfortable fast ever. Hope I re eat right this time. Is a small portion of sauerkraut and followed by some lettuce salad with evoo. Hope that’s a good way to break a good fast. I’m not hungry and feel like I could just go on but I’m willing to go longer next time maybe next week, I am enjoying the idea of being in Autophagy. Getting better all the time.

I listen, make copious notes and do as much as I can. Sometimes I reread in a week to remind myself. I am familiar with some of info….but the videos help me remember WHY it is important for me to do these things for myself. I went to holistic physicians years ago and recovered from CF and ovarian cancer surgery, according to my healthy efforts. I refused the chem/radiation, but did a lot of organic juicing, food combining diet, received hypnotherapy, Reiki, etc. I was in my 30’s then. Now at 69 I am utilizing these healthy foods to restore myself since terrible emotional stress. Keep telling people this very useful information. Thks Dr. Berg.
