I had severe fatigue for decades. Then one day, I accidentally came across a magazine article about something called Hidden Food Allergies (Intolerances). I eventually found out that I had an intolerance to Dairy Products and the Corn Protein (High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Starch, etc.) I restricted my consumption of these foods and got better. Talk to a Doctor in Integrative Medicine about this. Doctors in Mainstream Medicine learn very little about Food and Nutrition. Many major universities have an Integrative Medicine Department (Johns Hopkins, Duke, University of Arizona, etc.).

Pesticides and forever chemicals are in almost all of our groundwater and soil. Even organic isn't really organic. Greed has been slowly killing us. I don't think it's irreversible anymore. Our health along with climate change is a sure sign that we have screwed ourselves

The shitty thing about living in America is pretty much all of our produce is lacking nutrients. Severely lacking. That’s why there are rows and rows of multivitamins at your store because the food you eat is not going to give you the nutrition you need.

The problem is a lot of us are told we need carbohydrates for energy. But that’s not exactly true. Carbohydrates help your body STORE and create. energy, you need co enzymes to be able use the energy (vitamin b complex). But it’s not just carbohydrates that generate energy, all fats do as well. Getting enough fat in your diet (preferably the good fats) such as olive oil, nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocados, fatty fish and enough sodium (sea and iodized salt is best) help your body generate energy in other ways.
Fun fact, if u suffer from caffeine withdrawal you can try sodium instead but mineralised crystallised salt because sodium is what sends nerve impulses from the brain to the body that makes your body move faster. That’s why athletes eat lots of salt caffeine and carbs beforehand because sweat excretes sodium and carbs helps to keep you hydrated durinf intense activity

Used to be fine with 6 hours sleep, then had to go for 7 hours which still isn't good so I'm gonna go for 7 and half hours to 8 hours from now on.
