Unfortunately, Wing Chun Kung Fu isn't as easy as inserting a cord into our brains to download the information like the Matrix. You'll have to find a good Master if you want to learn correctly. Even if you find a Master that could expedite your training, it's going to take years to hone the skills that you envision.

Talk about "Wing Chun Kung Fu overload" . . .

You are such a good master. I wish a could work out with you. A lot of masters don't repeat the techniques enough and slow enough that completely noobs can understand it.

Something you should have mentioned is that the attacker will usually start using their knees to attempt to disengage you once their hand is trapped and you start blocking punches; advance your defence, shown at 2:44, pretty quickly...as in, after the first punch, otherwise you will suffer a lot of pain from being kneed in the groin, stomach, chest etc.
