Loved this video Michelle, ty for sharing. I made Nisha’s red lentil curry for a staff luncheon a few weeks ago & out of 13 staff, only 1 is completely vegan, but this dish (which was 1 of 4, 2 vegan & 2 non vegan) was devoured by all. I to served it with brown basmati rice & quinoa. I was so happy with the result. It is delicious. I’m going to try it your way next time for the lower fat option. Have a wonderful week. I love your channel 😍 I made that red lentil curry from Nisha’s channel a few weeks back and used light coconut milk and added a bunch of kale and cauliflower. It’s delicious and easy. Thanks for the salad dressing recipe😊 I was looking for a new one for this week and it will be perfect😊 good luck with your raw vegan diet🙌

You can also try cashew or almonds. Sometimes even just almond milk will give the creaminess without the trans fat of the coconut. Sometimes I take my portion out first so the kids get some healthy fats😁 Looks so yummy!

Great video like always. Could you tell me if low fat diet is not dangerous for thyroid? As it’s second time I noticed when I go for it my hormones and thyroid get mad and this is just small issue Iam worry about. Thanks ❤️

That curry looks yum! I didn’t eat dinner until like 9 pm last night (#momlife) so I had some prepackaged Indian saucey stuff and I rarely ever eat prepackaged stuff. Anyway, it was so so gross. So I’m excited to learn how to cook more vegan food. It’s tough to retrain your brain when you’ve cooked using animal products your whole life but I’m excited to learn from you!!

Good for you but for me its just not so easy every inch of my body resists weightloss my mother thinks I eat too much and should cut my calories low maybe I will so I can finally lose weight like maybe 1200 calories a day I hardly ate anything yesterday I had some mashed potatoes, chickpea channa, and some air fried tofu. And that was my meal no meat no dairy no eggs and no oil and I ate no breakfast either I skip breakfast alot and hardly ever eat breakfast so I cant say its the calories from breakfast thats making me fat so I usually skip it and Eat 1 or 2 meals a day. But still can't lose weight the scale is climbing higher and higher everytime I get on I don't buy fast food nor do I drink any soda
I cleaned up my diet and eat very clean no junk no soda no potatoes chips no ice cream either everything I eat is vegan and has no dairy and yet the scale won't reflect all the changes I have made and I am still struggling with my weight and have this tummy I have been vegan for like over 2 years now and still have not reached my goals like others have reached their's there are people have been vegan for maybe 6 months and lose the weight rapidly and immediately its only me thats struggling this whole time. I didn't talk to you because I still see myself negatively and as a big fat pig ugly and disgusting.my body has to change and nothing has changed at all since I made those changes to my diet I still see myself the same way I was when I was eating junk food.
