I am recovering from a flare up from Ulcerative Colitis and whilst am on medication I believe nutrition and exercise will go a long way to heal me. Fibre I have come to realise is so important and this video has helped me a lot in terms of ingredients and now I can creat some recipes and try and hit that 38grams a day. Thank you!

I think my favorite food to get fiber from is honestly figs they're a sweet treats so I don't crave as much sugar and they're really high in fiber

Pears have been my goto during pregnancy!! I prefer Asian or bosc since they have lower sugar. 😊
