Meat and dairy products contain no fiber—it’s found only in plant foods. Here are a few recipes to get more fiber in.

I share some really delicious vegan recipes including a homemade almond milk, a high fiber blueberry smoothie, an easy Indian Dal, and a caramel date sauce sure to quench a sweet craving.

WOW!! I am a college student tired of noodles and take-outs, trying to incorporate more fiber and fix my gut health, still struggling with the recommended 25g, I didn't think it was possible to get reach 60g. Thank you so much for this enlightening video.

I am trying to add colorful and fiber rich and high protein stuff in my diet. I been calorie counting and counting macros. I am gonna start using my fiber power and eating more fruits and vegetables with high fiber and protein and more plant based products. I am trying to be more plant based and more vegan. I need to go whole foods one day I never been there. I will be doing a watermelon cleanse soon for 5 days or 10 days. I am feeling good. Really trying to eat less meat. I dont think i will ever commit to being vegan but eating less meat and dairy helps the animanlsa and environment. I weigh 220 and feel so good. Really trying to become 160 and gain muscle. And get my butt in gym and do weights and less cardio and really change my body. Your videos helped me and gave me fiber ideas.

This was perfect, so much useful information, tysm. I live in Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 & summer is hot & humid & I have no appetite some days. So great! Everything looks delicious. Your channel is calm, soothing and informative in a simple way! Thank you for putting in the work! At the end, you mentioned being on track with your carbs, fats and protein. I used to count macros before going plant based and am curious what we should be shooting for or if I should be calculating for myself?

Hi! I tried you smoothie recipe and I loved it! My only concern is that the quantity seems like a lot! Filled almost 3 standard glasses. Do you think thats fine? Is it healthy to drink that much in one go?
