Ha! I was literally thinking yesterday that I would ask you for some finger exercises in comments. My right ring finger hurts sometimes when I wake up. It is a little bit swollen on the first joint past the knuckle, hurts when I make a fist. This is very bad because I don't have 100% strength/dexterity in my left hand due to a bad automobile crash, so I really rely on my right hand. And I was going to ask YOU because I've seen a lot of other improvements in various areas of my body after trying out many of your recommended exercises. Thank you again so much! This is the first time all year that I have been almost 100% pain free AND able to do all movements much easier. Having youas an exercise buddy makes doing these exercises fun! Did you ever think about that? There's a lot of people who, like me, would feel very uncomfortable in a gym or class setting, for one reason or another. So many people are dealing with various or multiple injuries and can't keep up in a class. I had to drop out of Zumba because it was just too much for my neck and shoulders (seatbelt injuries, but it saved my life!) You have really bloomed where you are planted! Thanks for Blooming on YouTube for the rest of us!

Hello doc, i want to ask if there's a pain relief for my fingers because whenever i try to bend my pointer finger to the right it starts to hurt in the lower knuckle section

This is an interesting video though, I would not ever use a rubber band. I live in a desert environment rubber bands do not hold up here.
It would be great if you can suggest another usage for this exercise !

I have nerve damage in my ulnar nerve in my right hand. Would this also help with increasing strength again?
