My ex cluster b had an amazing ability to always bend me to do what she wants by just using emotions. I used to always feel strong emotional pressure to do what she wanted.
I fell victim to it as I didn't understand at the time what was going on.

Everything you have said David I’m scared in my own home I think he is watching me all the time. If someone steps in my house I get unknown calls which I know are from him. If I go see a friend anywhere I get calls from unknown numbers. They ruin your life

One thing I can remember him doing was calling me from work to harass me. I guess he thought I was home doing nothing instead of watching babies. One time before he left for night shift I was gonna pack his lunch, but he said he didn’t want one. Then at 12:30am, he called me and wanted me to bring him one, which meant waking up toddlers to take them with me. If it had been an emergency I would of. Thanks for the video David! Take care! 😎❤️

Hi from Sacramento. I’m currently single and alone, I would rather be this than suffer the experience of night of the evil bed with the abuser. I heard this after I moved in that I had to give him the address to where I worked because I was going to get kidnapped on the way to the bus stop, I don’t think so, I feel sorry for anyone who f with me. The bathroom surveillance and through the house very true, I could care less if I have to expel gas so be it. That’s an example of my body doing what it has to 💨 😊

I remember back in the day, there was 1 video that helped me a lot.It was a really old one where you weren't sitting at a desk, you were in a bedroom i think and you're talking about is the Narcissist happy and it was very raw and to the point and it helped me a lot.You were a huge help back then!

What I find frustrating is we can identify the characteristics and give many examples of how they should be identified but no family therapist will directly tell the bpd/ narcissist/ etc. I am years after a marriage and divorce (with children) from a man who is an undiagnosed narcissist. Most likely, No one will help with this. You will be labeled as a ex wife who is just complaining about her relationship. I have been his target for over a decade. It doesn’t end with leaving the relationship when you have children. The only solution is time/distance/as little contact as possible/ boundaries/ therapy. He has not changed.
