Hey chris always followed ur since last few year its been hard for me to pay for gym fees since my grandma gone to heaven u are a inspiration brother keep this good work coming always.. though i m dropout of college still wanted to ur workout videos are quite alluring and distracting from this tension❤

I’m 23 I weight at least 217 an before I got in my 20s I was built but I let a fat friend get in my head ordering fast food back to back I realize I was getting out of shape when I was at the club an I couldn’t get the females I know I could get an i started going back to get back in shape it was hard the first 3 weeks but watching u gave me the motivation and gave me flash back on why I started working out I started working out cause I didn’t want to be a lonely obesity guy just sitting on the couch

Hey Chris, this is great! I can't go to gym for several days, and I was following your videos for home workout😊Also one month of your "do this everyday in 2024 for 6 pack abs", I can see huge progress now! Will keep doing that everyday! And recently I got inspired by your previous boxing/muay thai vlogs, now I started to learn boxing too, it's fun and help me to get more shredded as well. Been doing this workout for several months and have made great progress. I could not even do archer pushups at all when I began. This workout is freaking legit. It will totally blow out your arms and chest in JUST 7 MINUTES! If you don’t have 7 minute you ain’t committed enough.

I've been using this workout for several months already and i can definitely see results and now pushing for 4 sets each time, increasing the intensity to declined pushups to failure and regular dips to failure. Awesome stuff man

I always try to do chest day, but end up doing just upper body generelly, so hope this will get me to work💪

I just finished doing one video twice and I'm dead. Now I'm just seeing what's out there for when I get my second wind. Real talk, my abs are killing me right now, I love it. Go harder, be better, do better. You're not sweating if there's no blood in it. Excuse me while I pass out.
