This workout is super effective! Watch till the end! Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t get a solid workout in a short amount of time! Most people working out in the gym waste mad time in between reps, walking to the water fountain, talking to their friends, or just sitting there on their phone! Remember it’s not how long you’re spending in the gym, it’s how HARD you’re training in the gym, or even right from home! Thanks for watching!

After doing this for 1.5 months I can finally do the whole workout with "proper" form and without feeling dead in the 30 second region, if you feel like this workout is hard or not doable, then that's good cause you will never be building muscle without being humiliated by your workouts.

I’ve always struggled to keep working out, but ever since discovering Chris about 8 months ago, I’ve never been this consistent for this long. Listening to Chris during the workouts also keep you motivated. It’s like hearing Goku telling you to keep going and hyping you up and how tf can you say no to that?

Update: It didn't disappoint. It was hard for me but I got through it so one of my goals now will be to go for 2 rounds and then 3. Really nice workout 💪🏽

Q: How many rounds should I do?
A: as many as you can, 4 rounds is the maximum amount
1 round= 7 minutes
2 rounds= 14 minutes
3 rounds= 21 minutes
4 rounds= 28 minutes
