Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

You have no idea how much you've helped me. Watching your videos has helped bring so much clarity and healing. It's imperative to understand the traumatic cycle you continue when dealing with narcissist. They never change. I had to learn that the hard way... My sister's boyfriend came to the house sobbing and even went to her job. Called all her friends to speak to her. used his mother's illness to make her feel guilty. The moral of the story is that she eventually toke him back.

So interesting. My narc ex & his ex, whilst in a relationship with me used to send songs & pics to eachother. I sent him a couple of songs once. He said thank you. Then I asked why he & she still send pics etc he said "it's just something we would used to do" naaah bro, you STILL doing it. You can have eachother.
