And for me also my bed and bedroom is the best place in the world and the place I look forward to return to even during the most exciting experiences outside. Great journalling tips! One tip is to blur out the street names for your safety. Just saying as a non-famous civilian who has been stalked three separate times.

These are all great tips, Emily. I can use them too. One thing I am now doing late in the day is having Hibiscus tea -- healing and relaxing, and it's red, so it looks so warm and comforting, somehow. I think I will pick up that book! thank you 😽😽
