I just got a stationary bike not too long ago. I really have enjoyed getting it out and watching a funny show while I ride the bike for 30 or so minutes 😀

I train in Ballroom and Latin Dancing. Rest, Work on Ballet. I switch off. Love taking baths which is essential to help ease my muscles.😊❤

Thanks for the inspiration, I really appreciate your video and your view on healthy living. As a mother of 3 young children sometimes it's easy to just get caught into the negative things and think we can't do anything to live a better life and just wait for the children to grow up so we can take care of ourselves then. Thanks to you I am more confident I can take better care of my physical and mental health starting *now*! And as I finish to write this I will have a big glass of water 😉🙏

I love that you mentioned legumes is a unique idea/tip. Hommus is easy to make so I am going to be consistent with it and introduce lentils etc…. Thank you 😘

Thank you, Lucie! I am filling a water carafe and adding a few slices of lemon. It will be a new daily habit, to drink water and empty the carafe.

Regarding legumes, there are many wonderful recipes for them in cuisine from India, the Mediterranean, African and South American countries, to name a few. Eating one enjoyable legume dish daily is very possible.

I'm also happy to hear you mention beans. I'm trying to detox my brains from former paleo/keto indoctrination re: integrating beans back into my life. There is so much anti-legume fearmongering in that space.

Thank you for you video ! You make really interesting content !
However, I totally disagree on your first hint which is to think about your next meal.
I know what I am talking about, it can lead to toxic heating disorders. I have been suffering from extreme HD even anorexia. Reasons where many but I was also thinking way too much about my food. It was a heavy daily mental workload.
I highly recommend to not being focus on your food as much as you can.
I healed from this, but it took me years.
