A little tip regarding wasps for anybody that doesn't know: Shake your trees from below (i.e., approach from the south by pressing up on the stick, just to be clear) with your net in your hands. If a wasp nest drops, your character will automatically turn towards it and do the "gasp!" expression. Repeatedly press the A button starting anywhere during the "turn and gasp" and you will just about always catch the wasps without having to aim or time your swing.
Again, I know lots of people might already know this, but for the one player that didn't, I hope it helps you out :3

Here's a tip I have. Save all 5 wasps per day in your storage or somewhere until flick comes. you will get 1.5x as many bells. I should note that wasps are worth 2500 bells each.

Catch and sell a cuple bugs&fish
Dig up fossils
Occasionally donate something
Mostly thats it

What I do every day :
-Turn the game on
-Stare at the screen for 20 mins trying to figure out what im going to do that day.
-Turn the game off out of frustration of being too lazy to do anything.
