Parenthood kills sleep in the first 3 years… I am glad that I can pick up a healthy sleeping schedule slowly again.

I Do work during day and security at night average 3-4hrs sleep a day .My diet is great, walk Min 15 -23000 steps .Still can't lose belly fat rest of body fine .Thank you Sir. For confirming the only thing l can't control the last 3 yrs .

Caffeine 😂
I drink caffeine to fall asleep. So water and food are my only problems.

a few years ago i had a month of sleeping only a few hours a night after my marriage broke down helped me put on a lot of fat through snacking constantly and my lower back went and I'm maybe putting two and two together here as my bad back returned a few days ago and i had been sleeping terribly again for the two weeks prior... although maybe I'm just reading too much into it 😂

What about meditation? not instead of sleeping of course.. but does this also have an effect on fat loss?
