This call is with another marketing agency looking to outsource the SEO work for an e-commerce client. Jake's main focus at the start of the call is to ask questions to find out exactly what the prospect wants. Find the paint point before you start pitching your service.
Once Jake's prospect tells him exactly what he needs done, then he moves into presenting his service. He outlines exactly what he'll do. Setting expectations like this is very important to get the prospect ready to make a commitment. If your prospect is unclear on exactly what they are getting, they like likely lose interest.
