I'm 5 months into the business and in the last 2 months I both had 20 deliveries each, but DAMN!!! I sound exactly like those salespersons on the phone. This is such a wake-up call for me.

I had never sold anything up until 2 weeks ago. I hated salesmen and have ran away from even the thought of being one or even listening to one.This is the first video I've heard a sales call or seen a sales call nor in person bc I never let that happen .I am utterly blown away that anyone makes money seling anything the way those sales guys talk to people. I'm 42 so I've avoided these people for a long time. Sells people have lost the ability to talk to people like they are human, to make people comfortable even talking with them. I can not believe this is how sells goes now days.I keep hearing it's is easy to be Great and I now understand that. At 4 am this morning before work and the gym I'm coming for you guys and now I have heard and seen how easy this is going to be. I should have done this along time ago.

Good evening, Andy! This is a great video because the beginning of every sale starts with building rapport and wanting to have curiosity about who we are working with. In addition, sales is a service. Furthermore, by being excellent over the telephone, being trained, and prepared, a salesperson reaches their full potential.

I don’t exactly work in car sales but I sell insurance policies for commercial vehicles here in Ireland, I’ve only started and I’ve topped the stats board for these first 5 months but I still feel like I’ve been missing something cause although I’m good on the phone because of previous reception experience in a hotel, I never knew the tricks to actually selling things, this is a gold gem of a video and can be applied to any kind of sales job to most parts of the points you made and it’s made me so much more confident on the phone
