Ok, I never thought I would need to do something like this. As I start to get a little bit older, I’ve noticed that my wrists are losing some of their flexibility. Great content guys!
PS since you guys are letting a lady do the exercises, my wife feels less intimidated 😉

Can you do a finger specific version? I have worked for months on my wrist mobility since this video came out and I have matched my left and right pretty well, but I just noticed I have significantly less extension rom of my fingers on my right hand than my left. Thanks!

Can you guys make a video about Chest pain? Ever since I went to the gym 2 years ago I've had this pain where if I stretch out my chest it'll crack. Still painful but it relieves some. I can't do push-ups anymore. If you guys can make a vid I'd appreciate it

Iam here because my elbow hurts and apparently limited wrist mobility plays a role because I could possibly be moving wrong through diff exercises 🤷🏽‍♂️
