"So what are you saying, that I'll be able to dodge bullets?"
"No Neo, I'm telling you when you're ready, you can deflect them with your wrists."

0:41 Wrist Flexion facing knees - fingers curled, rotate elbow pits forward and rock back and forth
1:20 Wrist Extension facing forwards - lean forward and back with elbow pits rotated forward and then back every rep. Needed for pain free handstands,
2:01 Wrist Extension facing backwards - lean forward and back with mini-pause at the deepest stretch. Great for lengthening wrist flexors.
2:34 Ulnar and Radial Deviations - lean as far forward as you can handle.
Progression: Knees -> Feet -> Pushup variations
3:34 Fingertip Pushups - also strengthen forearms which have a stabilisation role at the wrists.
4:24 Back of Palm Pushup - turn elbow pits forwards. Be careful, use a small range of motion starting out.

While I was doing the first exercise, my mom asked me why I'm acting like a gorilla.

Jokes aside, this is a quality made video, instructions are clear, no show-off, examples and variations. 😉

I'm so glad I found this, finally a fitness youtuber who clearly and articulately explains the right exercises for safe practice.
I'm a professional dancer looking to expand my floorwork capabilities and this is gold.

Excellent. Now to figure out how to send this back in time to the 20 years ago me so my wrists don't go to shit in the first place.

This works great for drummers who use continuous wrist movement! Definitely going to incorporate into my workout routine.

As a Pilates and Personal Trainer, I get pumped (yes, everywhere) about ideas like "range of motion", "mindfulness", and "control". Additionally, I always had hundreds of customers with real problems with their wrists. I used many of the exercises in this video, but I hope I was able to explain them as expertly as Daniel has. This young man is a real treasure and should be supported in all he does-if only for the way he covets the words he speaks. Everything spoken in this video is worth hearing, and if you don't make something out of his info-whose fault is that? Great job, Daniel!

As someone w/ puny wrists of glass, just watching this makes me feel like I've shattered them to dust. Gotta start somewhere I guess... I really want to have steel beams for wrists like this guy.
