A big part of quitting any kind of tobacco product is, addressing the role that nicotine has in your life, such as helping to manage loneliness, boredom, anxiety or stress and then creating an environment that supports the journey of quitting. Many people have taken up vaping as a safer alternative to smoking, without the cancer risks of cigarettes. But with the rash of vaping-related illnesses they want to quit now and are finding it very hard to do so. Thanks for the inspiring and very helpful video Andrew!🙌❤👍

I quit for around 3 months before but got back on it when my sister was visiting during an emotionally stressful time ( our grandmother had a stroke)
I found that in times like these when you're in a vulnerable state, nomatter how long you've been sober of somthing its easier to relapse and fall into "old' Habits then it is to endure the pain without any crutch... I learned from this that its easy to be sober when life is going smoothly. But when it gets bumpy you need to have healthy coping mechanism options in place, I've done this time and time agian with excessive amount of marijuana and alcohol, somhow being in mental and physical pain from making myself sick, felt better then faceing the pain that i couldn't control. I think having a beneficial crutch is really curcial to help you hrough those times snd take the seat so theres no room for the habit/poision/addiction whatever you want to call it to join you

You are a Godsend. Thank you for the in-depth explanations. Quit two days ago and just really doubting myself. My saving grace is being in nature and having some good fruits to snack on. (I add sugar to my fruits lol)

I’m really happy I came across this video….I was almost smoking 1.5 packs a day (with pot) but have cut back 75% within a week taking advantage of Ramadan. And wish to cut the habit completely within a week or so with a gradual reduction so as to avoid massive withdrawal. Any more tricks or tips would be great! Thanks again!

I'm 1 month off vaping today and it's been the worst month. Sure, I can breathe better and I'm proud of myself, but I'm still so irritable I don't even want to be around myself. And the crying is insane.

Honestly, I find psychological pretty easy when you are ready to quit, but the fucking insomnia is killer. I can spend several hours trying to sleep but my brain refuses to shut down, it feels like you are wired and relaxed at the same time, gym exercise doesnt work during acute pahse. Indeed, its counterproductive because you will not recover at all due to lack of deep sleep. Maybe cardio is the best option st this point. I think I gonna stay away of work for a couple of weeks in order to go trough this fucking shit.

I quit 5 days on patch... got pissed off... ripped patch off... been about a month... cravings are non existant but feel like anger and psychosis in waves every few days... seems to be getting further apart and subsides after large meals.
