De 5 vape, free, cold turkey. I can detect a massive difference in my blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, and overall clarity despite the withdrawals. I am so happy I quit! These videos really help. Thank you for them.!🙏

First it was 24, 48, and then 72 hours. Next thing I knew it was one week, two weeks, three weeks, and now THREE MONTHS. I found this channel and just finally had that mindset shift.

Quitting nicotine caused a ripple effect and resulted in me quitting THC too; I’m now 2 months free from MJ. I feel GREAT. If I get the odd craving, which isn’t often, I watch one of these videos and they help me stay on track. Personally, stopping weed made a much more noticeable impact for me. I smoked for about 9 years and found it started to make me socially anxious. I would avoid going out or talking to friends if I was stoned. I feel better about myself now and have been actively working on being a better person every day. Atomic Habits is a great book.

For anyone reading this I challenge you to go for it, just do it trust me, you got this, it’s not as hard as you think. It’s all in your head. Some tips: KEEP BUSY-start a new book, go for a walk, call an old friend, organize your dresser, learn a new skill, do a few pushups, literally anything you can to distract yourself and get a little “dopamine fix” as I called it. Also, start a tracker, I like to see my stats or days since. Be strong, remember why, don’t give in. Think positively, have a friend hold you accountable. Once I hit that 72 hour mark or any other milestone it just reinforced the fact that I don’t want to go back to these pointless addictions. I’m proud for every bit of distance I put them behind me. I’d say after a week or so you won’t think about it too much anymore

On my second day without nic and I have other mental disorders so I basically cried all day in bed the first day. Didn’t realize how much comfort and dopamine I was giving myself everyday. Woke up the second day feeling so much better

3 days in and I crave it every hour, day 1 was every 20 minutes, day 2 was about every half hour. tomorrow I look forward to craving it less than today, until the day it’s no longer a craving and I’m completely free of it. Wish me luck, weekend is coming up. 🤞 I got this 💪

I thought I would be through the Hardest part of the physical withdrawal after like 10 days, but day 12 hits crazy, I feel sooo bad.

I'm at the 2 week hump right now. Cravings have been more intense today than last week. Weird. I'm pushing though, not caving in!!

Day one is the hardest for me. I find myself smoking more when I decide this pack is my last pack. 🤦‍♀️

Day 13 no zyns. The hardest part is the cravings but they only last minutes at a time. I’ve made it this far, I refuse to be controlled by a substance ever again

I failed at 9 months. 😢 i thought i was over it and then went back to cigarettes. Also quit for 5 months after trying again. Then went back to cigarettes. Im now again at a few days no cigarettes. Wish me luck. 🙏

On 9 months no nic no weed, wild journey man after the first month i stopped craving both substances. A day here or there i get the thought of ripping a p and being high but then i think about who i was then compared to who i am now in such a short period of time and it makes me grateful for quitting both substances. I used to smoke everyday from the time i got up til bed for 6+ years (16-21yrs old) it bums me out the time wasted, but I'm thankful I'm still alive to make up for the things i wish i did back then.

67days alcohol/drug/cigarette free! I gotta stop cause I was consuming the toxic substances for about 15yrs. I'm 30yrs now. & & & having these chest palpitations which are a bother. Doc said it's nicotine withdrawals...i still have them to this day. Anyways, my goal is to keep going!

Im a week in. Started with horrible depression and racing thoughts but has settled into anhedonia and exhaustion. My will is like when you try and punch in your dream but theres no power behind it.
