Diving right into yet another HIIT workout. These fat burning workouts target the entire body using a combo of strength and cardio focused exercises. Build lean muscle, improve endurance and burn some serious calories. All you need to do is follow along!

Breakdown: Full body HIIT circuit 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

We should all be proud of ourselves for making it this far. Not everyone has the heart to complete these types of workouts. You have to have a no quit spirit and stamina to endure to the end. I am proud of myself...I hope you all are too. You should be. W11 D4.... Let's

What i love about Heather's program is that everyday we have a new video, no repetitions! With other programs I get tired of the same videos especially when I know they're difficult 😔

Can we please have another long-term type of programme after this one finishes? I think it gives us more consistency in our training to know that we’re following a schedule clearly thought out to gradually increase our levels of strength, endurance and toning. Otherwise, I’m always quite confused whether I’m organising my workouts well enough. This one is absolutely incredible!!♥️

Woohoo wk11 D3 Done! 7 days to go to finish the program! So excited to finish it! I been pushing to finish this i did 6 days straight, ill take a day off tomorrow and D4 a day after tomorrow i cant wait! I’m going to visit my sister inVA next week that why I’m pushing to finish this program.Then i could take few days off when I’m there just relax probably run a bit but not really takin off more than 2 days.. i been working out since 2005 and i never stop its like a lifestyle to me now. I’m so proud of myself for getting this far Thank you so much HR to taking me this far! You rock!!!😘

Day 3 week 11 has done. This workout "Fat burning HIIT, TOTAL BODY" has a lot of exercises with weights. I've noticed that my arms muscles are much stronger. I would like to applaud you for that selfless acts and a diligence.👏❤️
You are the best, when you do "Star Jump".🥇👑

Every single workout is great. A love them all. But this one is briiliant!!! I had so much fun, sweat a lot but I could increase the weight of my dumbbells and was still able to do some more reps in that 45 sec. Either I just have a great day today or this really is the best workout ever. Could even do the star-jumps. Hopefully it's not just a dream. Thank you so much, Heather! You're simply the best! 🤗❤💪🏋
