Fantastic start to the day..keeping it low as torn meniscus 😢 still got my heart rate up. Haven’t done a Joe for ages as now have gym membership..forgot how much I love doing his workouts.

What lovely scenery! This one can easily be stepped up from beginner, I did 40/20 and did more advanced versions of some moves. Thanks for the new workout Joe x

Great workout in a beautiful setting. Nice to have a low-impact but still solid workout when you feel like something not too intense.🙌👍

Thank you Joe this is amazing I want to do low impact from now on to avoid injuries getting that age please bring more of this kind of low impact you are amazing love all your exercises have been following you since lockdown ❤

Perfect timing, this popped up on my feed just as I was debating what routine to do. Struggling with injuries so limited with weight bearing on the hands, this was perfect. Followed it up with a 5 min abs workout 🏋️‍♀️
