Never heard of this one, but thank you for sharing. I’ve been eating one meal in the afternoon and if I must, a snack a little after… but it really is you discovering/figuring what works for you cause I’ve tried different fasting, yo-yo things but just take everything in consideration and make sure you have good supplements to cover what you lack in diet from restricting a bit :)

I’ve just started the fast 800 and I’ve lost 5kg already. I’ve gained 20kg since my wedding 8 years ago and I don’t like it. Good luck with it
