Here’s the perfect Lower Body Warm Up with Booty Bands (a.k.a. glute bands or hip circle bands).
This is a great warm up routine to before a leg and booty workout. It will get your glutes firing so they are ready to be fully engaged during your workout. This quick band warm up will also open up your hips to increase hip mobility and range of motion!

BOOTY BAND WARM UP ROUTINE FOR GLUTE ACTIVATION & HIP MOBILITY:
4 exercises x 3 rounds:
1. Lateral Banded Walk x 10 steps each way
2. Monster Walk x 10 steps forward and 10 steps backward
3. Squat Pulse with Abduction x 10 reps
4. Glute Bridges x 10 reps
