I appreciate this because a lot of times when I do upper body work outs I feel I really work my upper back. When I do squats and other lower body workouts I know my lower back gets a little something but not enough. I'll be doing at lest a variation of these exercises regularly.

thanks a lot. for one year and a half and i am suffering from my lower back pain and it developed to sciatica, but when i have done this exercise regularly the pain relieve and i can say i am cured. thanks i appreciate your useful advices.

I get through the first two blocks just fine, but the third one is a real challenge. I can really feel the muscles along my spine working. Thanks for the workout!

Im doing one and two and it already feels so good. Love these excercises. Im surr in a few weeks i feel the muscular difference

Always, always get a doctor's approval first, especially with someone with injuries. With that said, exercise can help immensely with back injuries/weaknesses/pain. I would also recommend asking your doc about our Back Stretching videos (we have a couple & another on the way). I hope your mom's back feels better!

You can't actually "target" love handles - you can't spot reduce. Regular cardio, ALLover strength training, and healthy eating will get rid of love handles - anyone that says anything else is trying to sell you something (something bogus). With that said, a combo of our HIIT cardio & total body workouts will do wonders for that fat.

I always struggle with lower back workouts, so this one was a challenge for me to keep it up, but it worked out well for me :)

Thanks for this workout because I was recently diagnosed with a mild case of scoliosis and was looking for ways to strengthen my lower back muscles.
