I recently lost 8lbs while on a trip to meet my new Grandson, in 6 days. I had no idea that just doing everyday things, like stairs at the home, walking an hour at the Zoo, running errands, and looking after the baby would bring that about, lol.

My cycle messes me up. I always tend to binge around that time. I no longer emotional eat AS MUCH because I've finally started to heal!! It's taken some time but I'm finally getting the hang of it.

When I lost 30 lbs I kept a food journal and it kept me accountable. Oh wow! My head hurts when I skip breakfast...I'm going to try and eat a light breakfast instead of skipping.

Great video I do all of these. I am currently down from 251 to 216 . My goal is 170. Once these become habit you don't even think about it, you just do it automatically.

Great tips!! For those of us who get overwhelmed I’m taking the daily approach to meal prepping/exercise.. everyday I walk 2 laps at my park.. everyday I’m cooking for the NEXT day so I already have something prepared for the day ❤

Thank you! Water is so important for the body - I start in the car driving to work for an hour and during that time, drink 28oz. When I do not have my water bottle in the car, I'm thrown off a bit. That is my good habit each day, and at the end of the day, I drink about 100oz or more...

I lost 20 lbs last year and gained 30 back. I’m trying hard not to fight myself. Thank you for this. I’ve been trying to lose weight every since I was in high school, but I just keep gaining more. So I’m making this year my year to go all the way and build habits that can keep me there.
