My crush knows that I have a crush and is intentionally ignoring me as though I was invisible. I know the crush is telling me that the crush is not interested and to leave the crush alone. Very painful, embarrassing. I feel sad and ashamed of myself at the same time that I acted nutty and stalkerish.

I'm trying to get over my coworker, whom I asked out and got rejected. Becoming her friend didn't make things easier, it just made me more into her. We work very closely so it is practically impossible to get away from her. Sometimes it seems like she is purposefully in my space to torture me. I would quit my job but it's a good job. This has been going on for over a year, I feel so drained.

My thing is that I am in love with this guy and he doesn't ever leave me alone. I thought he liked me at the beginning of the year but he tells everyone he just likes me as a friend. Alright, that's fine. So, I need to get over him. I'm trying so hard to get over him but every time I try to distance myself, he gets closer. Whether it's walking with me in the hallway and keeping our arms touching no matter how much distance I try to create or waiting for me outside of classes and purposely claiming me as a partner for a project. He always stays with me when I try to leave the lunch table. He walks with me every chance he gets. Even if I try to walk with a friend or start talking to another guy, he pulls me to the side or tells me bad qualities about them. I just keep thinking, "why does he do this when he knows I like him and he doesn't feel the same." I have accepted that he doesn't have feelings for me and never will, but he is making it so hard to get over it.
