I appreciate that you explained what the focus is for each drill and what your looking for.
So is the main focus of all these drills mostly for posture? When you add resistance bands and change the angle of attack, is posture still the main focus or are you more focused on horizontal force production at that point?
I‘ve seen some of my athletes have a hard time getting the rhythm down with A-skips and switches and staying balanced and in the posture. I’d be really interested in a video about how you address these issues and what weaknesses would be the easiest/most beneficial to fix.

Love your queues on the A-series coach! Question: What tools do you utilize in the weight room if an athlete is struggling to stay tall through the hip and also collapsing at the knee joint. Thanks!

Wow this is amazing! Hey Mr Spellman if you see this I am coaching a tremendous group of flag football kindergartners going into 1st grade including my son.

Do you believe there is a program for me to install with them on basic fundamental building blocks. If so please advise how I should move forward. Bay Area native as well. Willing to learn or invest in these kids in just about any way possible.

do you have any videos on the best way to go from a jog into a sprint? Like should we focus on dropping our center lower and then focus on the lean forward? or idk... Just something i could use your help with.

I understand that the drills are meant to create better sprinting mechanics/technique, my question is, how do these specific movements benefit towards in-sport sprinting situations, such as soccer or football sprints. Also, are these drills meant to create more speed or provide optimal mechanics to avoid losing speed on acceleration? Thanks.

Btw would you advise to keep a posterior pelvic tilt while sprinting at full speed, from start to finish? Like focusing on it even when I'm in the blocks till I cross the line.
