Post your times and improvements. Number one exercise to improve sprinting? Form drills and sprinting itself. Don’t get me wrong, I love the ATG split squat, but sprinting is such a complex activity that it is its own training. That’s what I get from the literature. Plus, Nordics, and seated good mornings have serious risk to reward ratios that cannot be overlooked. Keep up the good work.

Bro if you increased your shoulder range of motion, you would be able to sprint faster. Your arms should swing more farther back while sprinting.

As someone who ran track.... don't think these exercises will actually make you a fast runner. You can have the strongest hamstrings, quads, glutes, and back, but if you don't actually know how to run you're just going to be slow and buff. It's important to get stronger, but make sure you really take the time to improve your form as best as you can. (Guy in the intro has terrible form lol)
