Level: Beginner

This is a wall pilates workout for beginners. This workout contains 11 wall pilates exercises, easing into the workout with gentle movements and finishing with a 2 min cooldown stretch. This workout contains full body wall pilates exercises including wall pilates glutes exercises, wall pilates ab exercises. Please check out my 7 day wall pilates challenge and 28 day wall pilates challenge if you would like to try more of my workouts! This workout can be used on a rest day if part of a challenge.

Just finished day 7. Proud of myself for pushing though and committing (I usually fall off around day 3). I feel stronger and am noticing my body already toning. Thank you so much for putting together this free challenge. Love the calendar so easy to click and it takes me straight to the workout. No excuses!

Day 7 done! One week completed! I am so proud of myself! The workouts are great and the length of them are just perfect! I don’t make excuses cause I know I can fit these videos in my routine! Thank you so much! My butt is still a challenge to lift but I feel like I’m getting stronger!

Day 1-2, full of enthusiasm. Day 3-5, period of aches and doubts. Day 6, just pushing through. And today, Day 7, pleasantly surprised at my new found strength and even scrolling to the next workout already😊. Trust the process..every movement no matter how small but if done consistently, will add on to your confidence and motivation

As the days passed and I completed another workout, I realized how determined I must get this weight off me. Day 7 is a new day I faced myself positively and kicked my old habit goodbye. ❤🎉🥰 ❤️‍🔥💪🏾

Yay managed to do it a lot later in the day ✔ no need to put off to the next day when me time is doable. I’m off to Barcelona on Friday for the weekend, a birthday treat for my mum who’s 80 next month by my eldest daughter. 3 generations ! I’ve decided to do the workouts on my phone so I’m making sure I’ve downloaded the plan-and taking my mat 😊 Will check in from sunny Spain🇪🇸

just found you, I had never heard of wall pilates until it popped up on my Pinterest. Thank you for explaining how to do the moves, it helps me as a beginner. Ill be doing the challenges for sure. It is harder than you make it look by the way.
