Today we have another epic wall Pilates workout. This is a 12 min full body wall Pilates workout.

Thanks so much for this video. I had a baby 2 years ago at age 46 and had a c section. This is a great workout I can do everyday. My stomach muscles are feeling stronger already!

I gave it a go today. I have many back and health issues. I couldn’t do everything. I am 330 pounds but this is a start. To be honest the hardest part was laying down on a hard flat surface but I a sure it did my back good. Ready to try again tomorrow.

Wow, I loved this workout! not to hard, not to easy. New refreshing excercises. I can feel it burn, but it is not to much that I don’t wanna do it again. Subtle music and good indications when the new move is gone start. And enough time to see the new move!! Love this
