Strengthen Your Legs And Glutes With This Beginner-friendly Wall Pilates Workout!

Level: Beginner
This is a 10 min LOW IMPACT Lower Body Pilates with Ankle Weights. These are optional can the workout can be done without them. This is a wall pilates glutes workout- we use the wall in the way we would use the footbar on a Reformer. This workout contains wall pilates exercises for glutes, including single and both leg exercises. This is an appropriate wall pilates workout for beginners, and wall pilates workout for weight loss, as these exercises can be considered resistance training, which has been shown to be supportive of weight loss goals. This would be a great wall pilates for hips and thighs, as it is all lower body focused. This workout can be done before or after a wall pilates ab workout, and will be part of a 28 day wall pilates challenge in the future!
