Strengthen Your Legs And Glutes With This Beginner-friendly Wall Pilates Workout!

Level: Beginner

This is a 10 min LOW IMPACT Lower Body Pilates with Ankle Weights. These are optional can the workout can be done without them. This is a wall pilates glutes workout- we use the wall in the way we would use the footbar on a Reformer. This workout contains wall pilates exercises for glutes, including single and both leg exercises. This is an appropriate wall pilates workout for beginners, and wall pilates workout for weight loss, as these exercises can be considered resistance training, which has been shown to be supportive of weight loss goals. This would be a great wall pilates for hips and thighs, as it is all lower body focused. This workout can be done before or after a wall pilates ab workout, and will be part of a 28 day wall pilates challenge in the future!

I did this twice but the second time it BURNED! I absolutly LOVE this workout. I've noticed my bum is getting so much more round and up since i've started the challenge, and all without the back pain that i used to have training the same muscles in the gym. Thank you for these videos!!!

Day 10 done! 2:30 I am amazed how stronger my body is becoming. I look forward to any physical exercise that I do because my muscles supports me to carry out the movements with ease not pain from weakened muscles and joints. Thank you Rachel.

Day 10!! I was a little disappointed when I saw it was only ten minutes, but now I feel like a 10 minute workout with you should be my warning lol So much impact in just 10 short minutes! I loved this workout!

Day 10 ✅ In the double digits now. Woo hoo! Those back to back single leg ones followed by the heel lifts are still getting me! Love that we have the option of putting our feet on the ground to bridge, if needed, then getting back on the wall for the next exercise.

I'm enjoying these workouts, thanks much for your commitment. Suggestion - please please please put the following day's workout as a link at the end of each video. Trying to find the next day is a nightmare with all the options on your channel.

Wall pilates’ challenge .! Completed. Day24. Beginners. .. my left knee is has been more damaged than my right knee. I keep trying .. I gotta stay in shape. To be flexible, to be able to walk, to maintain good better excellent health posture n form. . I’ve prayed . The pain has gone. It feels fine. Tomorrow we do day25. . Let’s do it !! Cause we can !! Day 10 smashed. Proud that I'm taking fewer breaks per session. I'm getting stronger on my left side and I'm walking better. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
