Designed to reduce labor pains and ease contractions, this labor meditation will help you go inside and focus your mind off labor pains. Your only job is to relax, open and let your body do the work to birth your baby. Practice this meditation in advance and then during labor for an easy labor and delivery. Helpful for a normal delivery or vaginal birth.

Thank you so much! I watched this just a few days before going into labor and your ideas helped me so much! My Baby was just born last Friday ( Nov 5) and it was the least painful natural birth experience I've ever had. Jessica, I can't thank you enough for this amazing channel and the meditation! I was following your advises and preparing for a natural birth with your guidance. I listened to this meditation during my contractions at home an entire night on replay and it helped me to cope with it! You were with me, your voice was so reassuring and calming that I knew I will make it. In the morning when we arrived to hospital I was 5 cm dilated, in 2 hours more with your exercises I was 8 cm. I had a natural and wonderful birth experience, thank you for what you are doing!! 🙏

I am 37 weeks and have never been able to relax and meditate this much... you're amazing I am just filled with so much positivity and I believe myself more I feel strong to bring my little one in this world...may God bless you always...lots of love ❤

Thank you for this meditation, the only thing I would say is that suddenly a commercial came on towards the end and that was very jarring when I was in a relaxation state. 🙈
