At my 31 week appointment I was sent to labor and delivery because my blood pressure had been running high for a week. Thankfully I don't have pre-eclampsia and it was just gestational hypertension. I started drinking a ton more water and listening to these 3rd trimester meditations when I get stressed during the day and the nighttime ones before bed. My blood pressure has been great the last 2 weeks! My doctor was shocked at how well my numbers have been and asked what I was doing :) thanks hypnobirthing with Anja!

Hi! 38 weeks here. I meditate often, but it’s the first time I do a pregnancy focused meditation. I was so relaxed… you actually made me cry at the end when you said I am going to be a great mother, that you had faith. It just felt so intense!

Hi, Anja. Thank you so much for this video. My favorite affirmation is "We're going to share a calm birthing experience together". I would also rehearse "I breathe through ANY pregnancy discomfort with ease". I just delivered a healthy 9lb baby girl 4 days ago, medication free. I was so calm, the hospital staff didn't believe me when I told them her head was coming out.

This is so so lovely and much needed today. I'm almost 30 weeks and have been dealing with gestational diabetes, and got a bit down about it this morning. 31 weeks. My anxiety has been crazy the last two weeks. This definitely helped. I cried during affirmations as well.
