Currently 35 weeks and a state of overwhelm really hit me yesterday. This meditation reminded me that I don't have to have it all figured out at once and that my body will know what to do when the time comes. 💕🥰

I'm 30 weeks pregnant after multiple miscarriages, and yesterday, I was diagnosed with mild preeclampsia and was terrified. I found this meditation, and this helped bring me peace. Thank you. Five minutes was as effective since I really can't seem to finish the other longer YouTube videos.

I do this almost every day now... With a hope to be positive and spread positivity around me. In my first trimester and have been worried all the while if everyyhing will be ok... I Gave birth to my daughter last year on my birthday and she passed away after 3 hours, after that I was told I have pcos and it’s gonna be hard to get pregnant again since I’m not ovulating. Well I found out I was pregnant a couple days ago !! I made a whole lifestyle change & it worked! I’m so grateful that god has giving me another baby. I’ve been changing my mindset only accepting positive things, I refuse to have any doubts this time. This video made me cry ... happy tears 🦋 thank you for this

I’m due in 3 weeks and I WISH I had you as a doula. 😭💕 I have kaiser so I won’t know who is delivering my baby til the day of which of course makes me nervous!

Thank you, with the current state of the world I really needed this. Day 1 of isolation at home and I’m 33 weeks pregnant. Trying to keep my balance and calm. I will do this every day to keep my head clear and calm. Thank you

Suffering major anxiety, in my first pregnancy and I’m 20 weeks 4 days pregnant and a friend just told me her daughter lost her baby at 21 weeks and it’s terrified me .
