Welcome to this hypnobirthing meditation! This is a hypnobirthing guided meditation for sleep and you can listen to it during pregnancy to help you relax and get better sleep even when you are heavily pregnant! Pregnancy sleep can be harder to get as you near the end of your third trimester. My hope is that, by listening to this bedtime pregnancy meditation, you will drift off into a deep and restful sleep with fewer wake-ups during the night.

For maximum benefit, please listen to this hypnobirthing sleep meditation at least 3 times per week. This audio comprises of 20 minutes of guided meditation then 40 minutes of soothing music to continue to relax your mind and body as you float even more deeply into the realm of sleep.

I'm 19w pregnant and wish I'd found this video during my 1st trimester when I was so fatigued, yet unable to sleep due to anxiety. I fell asleep after 20m or so and slept wonderfully. I even woke in the morning with little flutterings in my belly, like my baby was so happy.
Thank-you for creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Also, I absolutely adore your accent ❤.

Im only 5 weeks pregnant and this is the best thing ever! I just started listening 2 days ago and I’m already addicted. I’m always exhausted throughout the day but I’m wired at night & this has helped me get amazing sleep! Thank you so much for this

I've listened to this and your other sleep meditations as I'm 35 weeks pregnant and it works a treat everytime. I think I do less than 5 mins and I'm out haha! X thanks
