I dunno how the algorithm found this for me but I needed this reminder. Though week, been slipping into old habits and negative self talk. But I love myself and I want to pick it up again. It's hard when you feel like you fell back, but that is just how healing goes. Be kind to yourself in those moments. Onto the aniety free life

Feel so lucky that there are so many helpful videos on YT about anxiety. It's consuming me at the moment. Thinking the worst about my health even though evidence says I'm going to be fine. The lies I tell myself are bordering insanity.

Thank you Paul so much; this video has helped me and many other individuals. It can be overwhelming at times, one day you think you're getting better, then the next you feel like you're going backwards. What you say about that to my mind makes me believe that I will never improve and that I will always live with anxiety. It leaves me in a dark place. I DON'T NEED FIXING!!

Great discussion! I think anxiety is a control thing at the core if it, not being able to control future, people, etc... . And what you say is very true about about social conditioning being behind a lot of anxiety, with expectations and comparisons, we are constantly running this in the back of our lives as our default program. Meditation didnt help me when my body was super anxious . Lifestyle changes did help though

Yeah it’s lying at me because i have emotional numbness and my intrusive thoughts makes me feel like i will never be able to love my boyfriend again or i don’t love him 😂😮
