I really want to thank you. I have had real insomnia since the COVID outbreak, where it would take me at least an hour to fall asleep. But I tried this and it really worked for me. I think it must be so effective because you are teaching the muscles to relax on each exhale, and then the overall body lets go of the tension. Really appreciate all your videos. I share them with my friends.

Important Tip: Hold the muscle tight for 5 seconds... then relax the muscle for 15 seconds, a 1:3 ratio. The longer relaxation time is key.

I have always had problems with anxiety. Ever since I went through menopause I have even more anxiety. I try to keep it in check with deep breathing and positive self talk. These days, with everything going on, my anxiety has been off the charts which I believe is transferring to some major cramps in my lower limbs (legs, feet, shins, toes, etc.) I’ve had blood work done and my doctor says my electrolytes are all good. She is deeming it to be restless leg syndrome. I’m just frustrated with the whole thing because I’m 52 yrs old and have had no major issues up to this point. I will certainly be try this exercise to see what it can do for me. Love your videos and sense of humors!

Pretty sure this is one of the most needed videos I have seen in awhile (though all of your videos are truly awesome). Things just suck in this world now. And what I thought was awful anxiety before is off the charts awful now. Thanks guys. ❤️

I know how painful it is to have anxiety. I used to have a hard time with it. I tried to meditate, breathing in and out, trying to calm my mind. and try to find something that keeps you from thinking about your worries especially listening to the sounds of the atmosphere It will help the brain focus on the sound. So I try to remember what kind of sound I like and which one helps me. Until I started making videos like this myself in hopes of helping others. Please open your mind and listen.
Have a good day. Let's have a new life without it.

I see one of the most asked question being when this should be done.

My shrink has told me to do it 10 times during my benzo withdrawals whenever feasible for me,
Doesn’t need to be distributed over the day.
It could be 3 times after you wake up,
3 in the noon and 3 before night.

I work remotely so its feasible for me. But the bottomline is the more the better
